Delores Darlene Harriger, age 91 passed away on Friday, August 22, 2025 surrounded by her family. Delores was born August 24, 1933 in Ness City, Kansas. She married John D Harriger on July 13, 1951 in Englewood, Colorado. They enjoyed 66 loving years of marriage. Delores was a Godly woman and enjoyed being with her family, attending church, and socializing. She was the rock of the Harriger family and would listen to her family’s problems, providing loving advice. Her home was always open to everyone to stop by or even stay if they needed a place.
Delores is survived by three sons, John (Valerie) Harriger, Jim (Joan) Harriger, Edward (Shelly) Harriger, daughter-in-law Carol Harriger, nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband John D. Harriger, son Stephen R. Harriger, and grandson Adrian Harriger.
A funeral service for Delores will be held at Bible Baptist Church of Erie, 5050 NE County Line Road, Erie, Colorado. Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 11:00 am.
