Dustin Matthew Rodriguez, 29, of Clinton, IA passed away Saturday, March 26, 2011 at The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Funeral Service was Tuesday, March 26, 2011 at 3:00PM at Lemke Funeral Homes ~ South Chapel with Pastor Jim Machen officiating. Dustin was born December 5, 1981 in Greeley, CO to Ronald and Lorrie (Schilling) Rodriguez. He graduated from Thornton High School and then college as an EMT/Fire Fighter. Dustin worked as a customer service representative. He attended the Church of the Open Door. Dustin is survived by his mother Lorrie (Stephen) Ruff, Northglenn, CO; father Ron Rodriguez, Denver, CO; grandmother Dorothy Schilling, Westminster, CO; grandparents Carl and Virginia Rodriguez, Denver, CO; step-sister Nicole Joniec, Croydon, PA; step-brother Bryan Ruff, Croydon, PA; several aunts and uncles, cousins, and a special girlfriend Kelsey VanKampen. Dustin was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Leroy Schilling. A Memorial Service for Dustin will be at Olinger Highland Mortuary, 10201 No. Grant St., Thornton, CO on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at 11AM. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him and loved him.
