Mrs. Fumiko Hattori, 96, most recently of Lakewood, CO died on Monday, April 20, 2020. A private (for immediate family only) graveside service will be conducted on Thursday, April 30 and a celebration of her life will be scheduled at a later date. Arrangements and burial are being made under the direction of Olinger Highland Mortuary.
Mrs. Hattori was born January 3, 1924 near Vancouver, British Columbia, the daughter of Hide and Shigetaro Nakatsuka. She was preceded in death by her husband George Hattori and six siblings. She is survived by one sister Mitzi Uyeno of Tornoto, ON, two daughters and their spouses, Arlene Hattori and Greg Begun of Lakewood, CO and Ruth Ann Hattori and Jim Mikula of Fredericksburg, TX. Survivors also include three grandchildren, Damian Hattori of Van Nuys, CA, Sydney Bosshart of Erie, CO, and Jake Bosshart of Seattle, WA.
