Imelda Padilla

Visitation will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary in Northglenn, CO on November 30, 2015 at 7:00 pm.

Funeral service will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church on December 1, 2015 at 11:00 am. A reception will follow immediately after the service for family/friends to celebrate her life.

Imelda was born in Del Norte, CO to Jose E. Martinez and Maria Aurora Medina on September 25, 1952 at St. Joseph Hospital. She went to Derby Elementary School of Commerce City, Kearney Middle School, Annunciation High School of Denver and then St. Joseph High School where she graduated in 1970. She went on to Cosmetology/Beauty School where she received her license. She worked for and later owned her eldest sister, Adellas’ Beauty Shop called 13th Ave Beauty Salon.

Imelda is preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Aurora; five brothers Seff, Joe, Paul, Desiderio, and Johnny; and two sisters Della and Lizzy.

Imelda is survived by two brothers, Roger and Jeffrey; two sisters Dolores and Theresa. Husband Randy Padilla. Sons, Sean, Keith and Lance. Daughter, Maresa. Daughter In Law, Danelle, Denise and Nicole. Son in Law, Steven. Grandchildren, Miranda, Sean II, Precious, Danika, Shane, Keith, Anaya, Trey, Shea, Kade, Kingston, Dalilah, Jacob, and Tedio. Her 15th Grandchild to be born, as well as her 1st Great Grandchild.

Time of sickness.
