Jeff was born on April 14, 1964, in Sterling, Colorado, before moving to Sidney, Nebraska, with his parents, Bob Osborn and Joyce Trowbridge (now Craig – married to Dennis Craig), along with his older brothers, Larry and Terry Osborn.
Jeff has been in Child Support Enforcement since 1985 and was considered quite the expert in the field.
Jeff married Sandra “Sandy” Osborn (formerly Roth) on May 30, 1987, in Northglenn, Colorado. Jeff and Sandy were married for a total of 36 years and had two kids, Tristen De Nio (formerly Osborn – married to Devon De Nio) and Troy Osborn.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Sandy, his two kids, Tristen and Troy, along with his son-in-law, Devon, and older brother, Terry Osborn.
Jeff’s family pays tribute to his memory on Thursday, August 10, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at the Olinger Funeral, Cremation, and Cemetery, located at 10201 Grant Street, Thornton, CO 80229.
