My deepest condolences 💐. I had many memories of Jimbo or as my kids called him slim Jim., he laughed when I told him.  I’m so sad, I just found out.  Sophia I’m sorry I wasn’t there for you.  I moved to New Mexico and still here.  Jim said he was going to move here and I would look around to see if I see him.   Jim you will be missed and touched everyone’s life.  RIP

My deepest condolences to the family. I saw Jimmy at cheers what I thought wasn't too long ago. It was 3 years ago. He seemed  healthy and happy. We chatted and laughed. I asked him about Sophia, he said she's doing good. I also asked about Dennis and the rest of the family. Again he said all was good..  it definitely was good to see Jimmy after all them years from school life.. God bless Jimmy and may he rest in peace.

Sophia, My Deepest Deepest Condolences for the loss of Jimmy. I just seen his obituary this morning. I was actually looking for you on the internet and this popped up. I was in shock when I seen it and had I known I would have gone to his services. Jimmy was a great person and such a goofball in school always making us laugh when we were supposed to be listening. I also extend my condolences for the loss of your sisters. Please know that I have missed our friendship and have thought of you and Jimmy often, wondering what you guys have been up to. Forever your friend Sophia.

Tons of memories from the time we were children... one I remember like it was yesterday, you grabbed me out of class in caticism at holy cross because the nuns were hitting us and running out of the building practically dragging me across the field and all the way home to tell Mom.  You were always saving me, I'm sorry I wasn't there to save you... Riding bikes all day going swimming 711 for penny candy ... So many precious times in my life we're because you we're there. Jim aka dunnie, I really going to miss him he was the best uncle to me and my brother. He wasn't my blood uncle but he was a great man I remember his famous dunnie stew he would make us. The earth lost a great man wish I would of know about his passing I would of been at the funeral. Mr.jim Romero you will sure be missed rest in peace .

I regret the part of our relationship that was destructive, Because being honest creates boundaries. Once the boundaries are crossed it creates lies, to cover up the fact that first rule of honesty that has now been betrayed... Is now forming your aditude and a part of your personality; but ever since i can remember we did in-fact have more than that. My precious loving BROTHER JIMBO. In the arithmetic of  love💘 one + one = everything
& two - one = nothing. Love does not consist in gazing at eachother, but in looking together in the same direction. The heart has reasons that reason doesn't understand. What the heart has once owned it shall never loose. We come to love not by finding the perfect person, but by seeing an imperfect person perfectly. Love is the master key that opens the gates of happiness. Time does not heal broken hearts" Love Does" I look back on all the life my brother and I shared, and i realized the moments i trully lived was when i gave my all in a spirit of love. Im struggling to live without him its hard to function, hard not to cry, hard to smile and be ok. I will not let my future go on without the help of my soul. He was my friend, my protector, my strength, my conscience. He was my proof that success is not measured by what a person gains in life, Success is all the wonderful love and precious memories of a life well lived to the best of our abilities, When {THIS LIFE} Ends. We never lost touch with eachother our whole lives. My heart will never be the same Jimbo, you we're always there for me. I pray we will see eachother again in paradise.(There will be no sorrow.)

I don’t remember uncle Jim too much, because I was so young when I was around him. But I do know he had a big heart & endless stories too tell. “Dunnie don’t do no doo-doo” is one that forever stuck with me. Rest happily uncle. 

Jim,Joe and I were going to go to the store by my house. The guys were on their bikes and I was walking. I had to stop to rest several times. When I rested the guys rode circles around me waiting for me. I told Jim “to go ahead I’m coming”.  He turned around and said “Goat Head!! Why did you call me a goat head?”  I said “I didn’t I said go ahead.”

It took us all day to get there but we eventually made it. 

My brother Jim. I’ll always remember our bike rides together. I’ll never forget and we will ride together again soon.  Always and Forever Joe. 

Taking my little mom shopping all the time, she needs a step stool to get into the vehicle. This time Jim was with us and in helping her get into it he said “come on big girl”! LOL Not in a mean way. But again Jim was always cracking jokes. We still say that to my mom getting in the car. We still chuckle but now it means a whole lot more! I will miss his joking around and acting goofy all the time. :( 

One time me and my uncle were somewhere and he it was time to go, so I said "let's get out of here."  So he said ok and started to skid his feet across the floor towards the exit. I asked "what are you doing?"  He said "You said let's skid out of here, so I thought it would be fun to try it", and start laughing.  So we made it a joke everytime we left places. He always found a way to laugh about something.  He helped me to not take life so seriously, and there is always room to laugh.

One of my favorite memories of Jim was when he started to call me “MeAnna”. 

I had called moms house one day while he was  there. He picked up the phone and then asked who is this?  I said “It’s me Anna”, he proceeded to say “I don’t know a MeAnna”. From that day on that name stuck so at Walmart “Hey MeAnna want to do this” or at moms house same thing.   😊

Didn’t like it so much at the beginning but now I’m thankful for the laughs and time we shared visiting or helping mom out. Him sleeping on our couch or on moms floor after having a meal or his snacks for the movie. 

He will be missed for years to come. Such a nice and loving person and a great brother in law!  

This is and picture but a really good one. I probably wasn't born yet when this picture was taken, but when I came across this picture, I had to have it.  Uncle Jim top left, uncle Dennis in middle, my dad Paul top right.  Uncle Kenneth bottom left, and uncle Roger bottom right.

I have enjoyed  the friendship  of Jimbo for a very long time and for  that I  am so thankful; but  it's to short! I  reminded him of his sister that passed  away and he spoke of her often to me. He loved Susan deeply  and you could feel it. I told him I  am not Susan but  I  would  be proud to call him  brother.  His  love for  hard rock/metal was a common  thread and  watching the energy he had was a delight.  Always  knew the pony tail came  off  here  comes the Hulk! Beautiful  smile and  special  friend  are just the start of who Jimmy  was. I  miss  ya already  lol big brother. 

Jimmy you were always my brother. You help me more then you will ever know. I lost a piece of my heart the day we lost you. Bart and I will never forget the last coversation we had together. I love and miss you brother! 

My uncle used to set up his drums in my living room and jam out. I remember the AC DC concerts the Guns and Roses concert State Ozzy Osbourne concerts that was my rocket uncle rest in peace Uncle

My uncle used to take me to the movies, to dinner, mountain bike riding, etc.  Just me and him time.  He was such a giver.  He even used to sneak me cookies after it was bedtime, lol.  We lost touch after I got older, but he was always on my mind, and always will be.
