Wow Lena, that was bittersweet. Bitter because I never got to know him before he Passed On, but sweet because he was so Loved. You you look absolutely gorgeous in your pics. Such a beautiful Bride.
I hope that you are finding ways to move on, even though you spent so many amazing years together as a Couple.  (Another thing that your John and my late John have in common ...other than their passing date, both in Colorado... They were both born in June. Mine was born June 10th and had Services in Park Hill, also.  Brought back many Memories of how Special and Blessed we were-- to have walked Hand in Hand, together with our Loves).

I am the author of “When You Hear From Heaven “ I didn’t know John personally, However I met John in the other dimension. John is with my special guardian Angel Michael. The messenger of God gave confirmation to Johns wife by and me by revealing the feathers left behind by Michael.
I did not know of this encounter until I spoke with Lena Shockley.
So I met John and he told me that he left a feather at his residence when he last visited with his protector Arch Angel Michael.
When I had the conversation with Mrs. Shockley she shared with me about a feather that was found on the premises.
I know John is Happy and anxiously awaiting you Lena Shockley.

Dear jhon Lynn Marshall you are are gone but you will forever remain in our hearts and Lena Shockley had so much love for you and yet still has much love because she can also feel you are around her at all times,You have left a very memorable legacy's,Those that you have fed and support are numerous and uncountable.You and Lena have lived a very considerstive and philanthropist life together hence you will be for ever remembered for the hospitality you left as grand legacy Rest in perfect peace Jhon Lynn Marshall

Its not the amount of time you know someone its what memories you have with them. I only knew John one year when he passed away but during that one year John and I had some wonderful times with Lena at red carpet events we shared together. John took some great videos and photo with Lena and me and I am so proud of them and looking at them helps keep Johns memory alive. John and I would laugh and joke together. I miss John so much now.  I will cherish these memories of John forever.  R.I.P.  John.

John was one of the kindest, understanding,low key, and patient men I’ve ever met.  He was very instrumental in securing a job for me when I was at a low point in my life and it helped me through a rough patch. He reminded me a lot of my husband who was also taken from this world too soon. 

I will greatly miss your gifted smile and presence here at The Promenade, John.  It was a pleasure to get to know you, unfortunately so vaguely, in the short time I've been here.  Yet, I'll never forget and will always appreciate your kindness and friendliness...  and the laughs we had decorating the Christmas tree especially with the web lighting lol... Thank you John for being one; your heartfelt spirit will continue to be a beautiful shining light! 

Uncle John is a great Man! He will be greatly missed. I wish I had more time to hang out with him, I know he would've taught me some great things. I love you Uncle John, until we meet again...

My best memory of Uncle John was a few years ago. The boys, Quincy and  Zach, were wrestling in the living room when they knocked over a vase. As the ornament crashed, we all looked up like Deer in headlights. Uncle John walked in the room, we were all nervous of his reaction. As he walked in, he yelled at the boys, “who wants to wrestle?!”  Uncle John then joined in on the fun and began wrestling around on the floor with his boys. It was three men, father and sons, having the time of their lives! We all miss you Uncle John. - Naia Geni
