LeRoy married Virginia Lee Winn (Deaton) on May 9th, 1959, in Sioux City, Iowa. He was a member of the Denver Post Typographical Union and the American Legion.
LeRoy is survived by his wife Virginia, children Daniel LeRoy Winn and Gail Louise Winn; grandchildren Brittany Dawn Levan and Kyle Jordan Beaver; great grandchildren Ryleigh Madison Levan; and sister Sharon Baumgartner. He is preceded in death by brothers Richard Winn, Byron Winn and Buster Winn; sister Ramona Gibson; mother Vera (Little) Winn and father Lloyd C. Winn.
A memorial service for LeRoy will be held Thursday, August 19, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at North Metro Church, 12505 Colorado Blvd #2805, Thornton, CO 80241.
