Margaret Mary Archuleta

Our beloved, Margaret Mary Archuleta, entered into eternal life on May 20th, 2026 at the age of 90. She was born on January 23, 1936 in Center, Colorado to Luis and Eva Lucero. Her siblings included Gene, Alice, Alonso, Efron and Gilbert. She married Eloy Romolo Archuleta on September 3, 1956. They lived in San Francisco for three years then moved back to Colorado. Margaret devoted herself to family and faith, raising 4 children and caring for numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren over the course of her life. She worked for Lucent for 20 years, then retired in May of 1998. Her and Eloy moved to Mesquite, Nevada in 1998 where she cared for Eloy in his last year. After the passing of her husband, in 1999, she stayed in Nevada to help care for her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She moved back to Colorado in the late 2000s where she remained until her passing. She was devoted to her Catholic faith throughout her life. She was mandated as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion at some of the Catholic churches she attended. She was a big part of the Cursillo community, making her Cursillo and serving as a leader. She is also recognized for sharing the Christian faith to all her loved ones. Margaret will be lovingly remembered by her 3 sons, Eloy Anthony, Ken and Kevin; 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and numerous family and friends.

Olinger Highland Mortuary, Honor East

Rosary, June 26, 2026 from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm, followed by a Funeral Mass on June 26, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

Inurnment on June 26, 2026, beginning at 1:00 pm.
