Mr. Martin C. Mendez

Martin C. Mendez, 77, of Northglenn, CO. passed away on July 23, 2009. Martin was born on November 12, 1931 in Pearsall, TX. to Alonzo Mendez and Andrea Cavazos. He is survived by Wife Eufemia T. Mendez, Son Jesus T. Mendez and wife Lea of California, Daughters Selma N.Herrera, Maria L.Rivera and Husband John Rivera, Consuelo Ruff and Lucy Mendez with Husband Manuel Villalobos. Grandchildren Ruben Mendez and wife Angel, Jacob Mendez, Miguel Herrera, Ismael Herrera, Ezequiel Herrera, Xavier I. Rivera, Bianca Mendez, Sergio Mendez, De'Angelo Ruff, Angel Ruff, Kendra Mendez and Josue Villalobos along with Great Grandchildren Syenna and Aliyah Mendez,Victoria Herrera, Miah M. Carson and Zariah M. Schloss. Brothers Ephifanio Mendez of San Antonio, Jose Mendez and wife Alicia of Washington, sisters Petra Rodriquez and husband Ruben of Jordanton, Leanor Mendez Herrera, Olga Lopez, Gloria Lombardo of Colorado and Mary Douglas of San Antonio with numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Alonzo Mendez and Andrea Cavazos; brothers Pablito Mendez, Abel Mendez, Luciano Mendez, Panchito Mendez, Benito Mendez, Antonio Mendez and sister Paula Sanchez. A Going Home Service will be held along with Visitation on Wednesday, July 29, 2009 from 3-8PM. Funeral Service on Thursday, July 30, 2009, 2:00PM. Both at Olinger High land Mortuary Chapel. Arrangements under the direction of Olinger Highland Mortuary & Cemetery in Thornton, CO.
