It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Natalie Marie Gleitz, age 16, on March 10th, 2025. Born in Thornton, CO, to Tonya and Paul Gleitz, Natalie was a vibrant and accomplished young woman who touched the hearts of all who knew her.
Natalie was a sophomore at Horizon High School, where she was an active member of the Technical National Honor Society and earned a place on the Honor Roll for the 2024-2025 school year. With aspirations of becoming an FBI analyst, she was also a dedicated student in the Future Forward Law Enforcement class.
Natalie was a passionate dancer, recently winning first place for Duet and Best of Show with her group at Foundation Dance Productions. She lived her life to the fullest, enjoying activities such as golfing with her father, swimming, playing with her younger brother Andrew, shopping with her mother and grandmother, and spending time with her beloved dogs. Whether hanging out in her room talking to friends, boyfriend, or family, or keeping up with TikTok makeup tutorials, Natalie’s love for life was infectious.
Her spirit could light up any room. Bubbly, outgoing, and sassy, Natalie was known for her big heart, sense of humor, and the ability to bring joy to others. Her natural beauty was matched by her inner strength and intelligence. Natalie was bright, confident, talented, and hardworking—a true inspiration to all who crossed her path.
Natalie is survived by her parents, Tonya and Paul Gleitz; her younger brother, Andrew; her grandmother, Debbie Gleitz; and her large extended family, including 10 cousins, 3 aunts, and 6 uncles. She was predeceased by her grandfather, Roy Gleitz; her grandmother, Terry Gleason; and her grandfather, Rocky Gleason.
A Go Fund Me and Meal Train have been set up to support the Gleitz family during this time of sorrow. The family is deeply grateful for the love and support shown by friends, family, and the community, and for the donations, meals, and kind words that have poured in.
Three words that sum up Natalie’s life: Love, Laughter, and Inspirational. She will forever be remembered for the joy she brought to the world and the love she shared with everyone around her.
