We hope you will be able to join us as we celebrate Ryan Sperry’s life, and all that he meant to each of us on Saturday September 14th 10:30AM at Olinger Highland Mortuary.
Ryan was born to Vicky and Doug Sperry in Estes Park, CO. He is survived by his wife Lisa, daughter Brooke, mom Vicky, dad Doug and step-mom Henri, brother Chad, 3 dogs, and numerous family and friends. He was a member of Orchard Church where he was recently baptized. Ryan graduated from Ranum High School in 2001 where he excelled in Track and Field and was named MVP of his Cross Country team. He worked hard through an apprenticeship with IBEW Local Union 68 to recently being promoted to foreman with Sturgeon Electric. Running continued to be his passion and he enjoyed running including events such as Tough Mudder, Electric Run, Warrior Dash, and various 5-10Ks. He loved being in the outdoors. Ryan went camping, hiking, backpacking, fishing, golfing, playing flag football, and fantasy football with friends and family. He even hiked his first 14er over the summer. Ryan also enjoyed skiing, whitewater rafting, and playing with his dogs in the snow. He lived for his sports teams ands his favorites were the 49'ers and any Colorado team. Ryan was an amazing daddy. He loved taking Brooke to the park, teaching her to fish, was patient with her through swimming lessons, and further developed her love of animals by spending time at the wildlife reserves and even starting a ladybug farm. He was a husband, father, son, brother, and best friend. He will always be remembered and never forgotten. We will always love and miss you!!
Sincerely, the Family of Ryan Sperry
