He is survived by his parents, Kristina Milne and Roger Cook; brother Alex Cook; aunt Carlita Sharp; uncles Michael Cook, Robert Cook and Tyler Cook; maternal grandmother Jeri Ford; paternal grandparents Theresa Cook and David Cook; cousins Brandon Sharp and Cord Sharp; and by many caring teachers and dear friends. He was preceded in death by an uncle.
Service to be held at Olinger Highland Mortuary Chapel, 10201 Grant Street, Thornton CO 80229. Service date and time to be updated soon.
A light reception will follow at the Olinger Highland Reception Room.
Interment will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver.
