Sharon was always one of my favorite people. I loved her ability to give EVERYBODY a hard time. Was a highlight of my day whenever I got to see her. And the pig-outs we used to have? Man that woman could cook! If I ate her cooking everyday I’d weigh 900 pounds. RIP my friend. 

Sad to learn of Sharon's passing.   She adored her children and grands.  There was no doubt about anything or anyone Sharon cared about.  She gave her all to her job as well.  
Lost my husband on June 6th, so this has not been a great year for us either..
My prayers and warmest wishes to Sharon's adult kids and to all her grands.  She will be remembered.

Sharon was a sweetheart, full of joy, exuberance and enthusiasm!  She never hesitated to tell you her opinion but always did so without offending. She was a character and God broke the mold after making her. I was honored to have known her and worked with her for many years, she will be missed. May God be with her family that she left behind and lift them up!

I have wonderful memories of my friendship with Sharon, both working with her at the PD and socializing with her outside of work. I cherish the memories of our visits to Pierre’s Supper Club where she forbid me to go without her! She made me laugh and sometimes she scared me to death but I always knew that she had a heart of gold. RIP my friend, you have run the race and now you’re home 💜

As a member of the Westminster Police Department, I first met Sharon in the mid-1980's when she worked in the City Clerk's Office.  She later transferred to the police department where she worked in the records section.  It was certainly our gain because Sharon's passion for the job, her passion for he family, and her infectious sense of humor were qualities she displayed on a daily basis.  We became good friends over the years, extending that friendship even after we both retired.  I miss you Sharon, and all the qualities that defined you. I will never forget you.  Rest in peace and God bless you.

I first met Sharon 32 years ago as a new employee. She immediately indoctrinated / mentored me on what was accepted, expected and what was not. (she ran a tight ship in records)  Those of you that knew Sharron know exactly what I am talking about! 😉 Once I got over my fear of her, I made it appoint to make sure I visited her daily to banter with her.  Sharon loved her blue family and would do anything for us. She was a tell it like it is, no matter what.  When Sharron retired she would visit the PD and always made it a priority to seek me out and catch up with of course a friendly banter. I will miss her smile and sense of humor. Your mother Sharon was one of the first people I really go to know in the records department. She gave me good "verbal whooping" when I messed up some paper work and set me right! I adored you mother and she was missed when she left us. I cannot imagine the how deeply you will miss her, she is simply irreplaceable. The world was more fun with Sharon in it! I hope your hearts will be warmed by all the wonderful memories. 

So many great memories from so many years working with Sharon at Westminster PD. Sharon always cared for others and their families. I will miss her smile and friendship.  God Speed and God Bless.

I am without words upoon learning that my dear friend Sharon Day has transitioned to her heavenly reward. Our many memories and special times together I will always cherish.  She was a true friend that provided me with unconditional support and love during our tenure with the City of Westminster and after.  I love you my dear sista. May you rest in peace.
