Sonia Sue Thomason, age 65, of Thornton, Colorado passed away on Sunday September 30, 2018. Sonia was born November 18, 1952 in Cozad, Nebraska. She married John E. Thomason on November 2, 1974 in Commerce City, Colorado at the Goode Centennial United Methodist Church. Sonia loved to crochet blankets, play bingo and loved to gamble, playing slots and blackjack.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years John Thomason, children, Justin Thomason, Nicolette Thomason, one granddaughter Allyson Jean Thomason, her siblings, Bruce Robison, Marilyn Beaman, Lois Winegar, Linda Frost and Loyd Robison.
A visitation for Sonia will be held Monday, October 8, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Olinger Highland Mortuary, 10201 Grant Street, Thornton, Colorado 80229. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 1:30 PM at Olinger Highland Chapel.
