Stephine Sonya Monroe

Stephine Sonya Monroe of Thornton, Colorado passed away on February 20, 2022 in Commerce City, Colorado. She will always be remembered as a great loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend to all that knew and loved her!

She was born on July 9, 1992 in Denver, Colorado to Tina Rosenberger and Troy Monroe Sr. Stephine graduated from Prairie View High School in 2010. She played varsity basketball and lettered three years.

She loved school and was a very good student, Stephine enjoyed the outdoors, hiking and going to the lake, camping and watching fire works on the fourth of July with her family.

Stephine is survived by her two children Ezra Alan Reed 9, and Kendall Louis Reed 3 of Thornton, Colorado. Parents Tina Rosenberger and Joseph Rosenberger. Father Troy Monroe Sr.; Brother, Troy Monroe Jr.; Sisters Jennifer Rosenberger, Haylee Jo Rosenberger and Samantha Rosenberger.;Grandmother Dallas Rahikainen. Grandparents; Stanley and Alam Monroe. Nephews; Alen Advic, Semir Advic and Carter Monroe. Niece, Skylar Monroe and a lot of aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her aunt Linda Rahikainen and many other loved ones.

The Celebration of Stephanie's life will be on March 10, 2022 at 10:00 am at Olinger Highland Mortuary & Cemetery 10201 Grant St. Thornton Colorado 80229. Burial will follow the Service.
