We were so sorry to hear about the loss of Steve. He was an incredibly wonderful guy that always made us smile when we were around him. He was sweet and generous and kind. His passing will leave a void in many lives. May God bless the family as they begin the healing process. We pray that God’s arms will be wrapped around all of you.

Even though we did not have the privilege of spending a lot of time with Steve, we were blessed to have shared some memorable times with him. During these times, we saw what a kind & pleasant man he was. We were also impressed at how attentive he was to what we had to say. He was definitely a great listener! After we heard of his illness, we said many prayers for him. God took away his suffering when He called him to his heavenly home. We know how your heart aches & how much you will miss him, Agnes. We have asked our precious Lord to give you & your family the peace, comfort, & strength most needed at this time in your lives.
With sincere condolences, love, & prayers,
Floyd & Theresa Chavez & Family

When we think about Steve, we think about someone who was a genuine, kind, decent, and honorable man. Being in his company was always a pleasant experience. His thoughtfulness was evident as he showed a sincere interest in what was happening in our lives, listening patiently as we talked. It was easy to see how much he loved you, Agnes, and how he was so proud of his family. Our hearts our heavy as we think about how much we will miss him, but we have faith that he is with our Lord. He was a blessing to our lives, and will always be remembered with love.

With our deepest condolences,
Adam, Cassandra, Adam Jr., and Curtis Crespin

My heart is broke for all of you and us. Uncle was a wonderful man. He will be missed. We loved him dearly even though he was a Bronco Fan sorry I just had too lol. I will miss the “carria” we would give each other Uncle And I am happy you can see the Raider Nation from Heaven. Thank you for all the encouraging words advice you gave as we were growing up and all the wonderful memories that you gave us to remember you by. We love y’all. The Wilson’s and Family

When we moved in next door and met Steve the first time —he was an easy going kind of guy. He always had a big smile and asked, “How ya doing?”
He was easy to talk to and relate to. We always saw him working on his home. Whether fixing his white picket fence to cutting the grass.
Steve is the kind of neighbor you always hope for. He was a great father to his kids and grandchildren. He loved and respected his wife. But we also sometimes saw the stern Steve. Following rules and instilling discipline was also part of his core values. He was loved and respected for being honest. He was a wonderful friend that we will miss terribly.

I was thinking of Steve today and how every time we went to Colorado my brother-in-law and sister made us feel Welcome. One day they took us Site Seeing to the property area. We stopped for lunch/dinner at one of there favorite restaurants. We had a great meal, then went to the property. Saw a game on TV and spent the night. We did appreciate the time we had together. Steve also got us tickets to a Denver Game as well as took us to the bus pick-up and drop-off for a game. Steve even gave us the Shirt of his back as well as any Cap we wanted to use. I really appreciate the way he always Helped my mother. My mother always had more and more Remodeling jobs for him. We are so grateful for the Brother-In-Law Steve was. All the time we spend together, and the Son-In Law he was to my mother and Tomas. RIP, We will miss you...With Heart Felt Love Bertha and Mike
