

Tam, Tammara Lee Johnson, age 39, passed away on January 27, 2026, in Thornton, Colorado. Born on January 12, 1987, in Aurora, Colorado. She brought warmth, laughter, and a fierce love for her family into the world from her very first days.
Tam was the cherished daughter of Candy Johnson and the late Brad Johnson. She carried forward the strength and values instilled in her by her parents, honoring them in the way she loved and cared for others. Above all, Tam was a devoted and proud mother to Makenzie Wallis, who was the light of her life. Her love for Makenzie was boundless and unwavering and found her greatest joy in being “Mom.”
She was the beloved granddaughter of Lois Duvall and the late Elmo Duvall, whose memories she treasured deeply. Tam was also a treasured niece to Ron Duvall and Laura Duvall, as well as Steve and Lynne Hollon.
Tam was a cousin who mattered deeply to Paul, Lisa, Robin, Michelle, Nichole, Ashley, and Josh Duvall. Stephanie, Morgan, Steven, and Avery Hixenbaugh. Shannon, Jon, Dylan, and Rylan Jablkowski. The late John Hollon, Cailynn Sleppy, and Ayden North. She valued those relationships and carried her family close to her heart throughout her life.
Tam will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, her quick smile, and her ability to make others feel seen and loved. She had a compassionate heart and a resilience that carried her through life’s challenges. Whether offering a listening ear, sharing laughter, or embracing those she loved, she gave of herself freely and wholeheartedly.
Though her time here was far too short, Tam’s legacy lives on in her daughter, the strong love of her mother, in the stories shared by her family, and in the countless lives she has touched. Tam leaves behind a family who will forever hold her in their hearts and carry her memory forward with love.
