Vivian E. Imes

She married Phillip Imes on April 28, 1938 in Denver, Colorado and they had 5 children.

Vivian was a hard worker she worked in catering until she retired. She worked at the Westminster Mall from the day it opened until 5 years ago when she finally retired at the age of 88.

Her spirit and tenacity was remarkable. She was loved by many and will forever be in the hearts of those who knew her.

Vivian is survived by her children, Sharon Spurvey, Pat Hackenberg (Don), Mike Imes (Anna), Richard Imes (Paulette) and son-in-law John Horendeck; grandchildren, RaeLee Parker (Del), Donnie Hackenberg (Laurie), Bobby Hackenberg, Tammy Campbell, Julie Dahlberg (Randy), LeeAnn Land (Gary), John Horendeck (Maureen), Michele Imes, Paul Imes (Beth), Jim Spurvey (Deanna), Ken Spurvey, Kirsti Imes, Melissa Patrick (Ryan) and Katie Esau (Greg); 17 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Phillip and daughter Sandy Horendeck.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, December 9, from 5-7 pm, and a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 10 at 10 am, both at Olinger Highland Mortuary.
