

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Xue Zhen Wong also known as Susie Wong, 67, of Westminster, CO, who peacefully passed away on February 2, 2025. Xue Zhen Wong was born on November 19, 1957 in ZhongShan, China, to Ma Kwai Hung and Jin Er Zhen.
She was a dedicated and hardworking individual who gave her love and time wholehearted to her family. From a young age, she prioritized supporting her mother and three younger sisters, sacrificing her own education.
Xue Zhen found the love of her life, Yee Chiap Wong, and they got married on August 25, 1979. With a pull to stay with her young daughter, Tiffany, and husband in China, Xue reluctantly came to America in 1981 to better her family’s future. She felt a major responsibility towards her family back in China and worked with unwavering determination to reunite as a family in 1986. Jenny was welcomed to the family shortly after. They began their first business and welcomed Tommy in 1989.
Xue Zhen was a loving mother that always supported her family and showed her love through her wonderful food.
She was known for her kindness, work ethic and her strong character.
Xue enjoyed socializing and making connections with her family and friends and had the ability to make everyone feel welcomed.
Xue Zhen Wong is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Yee Chiap Wong; their three children, Tiffany Zamora (Roman), Jenny Schott (Mark) and Tommy Wong (Lisa); and her five grandchildren: Ethan, Cody, Lily, Roman Paul, and Kyra. She is also survived by father; Ma Kwai Hung; her sisters; Xue Fang Ma, Michelle Lin, Xiao Wei Lin, Edna Ma, Annette McGee, and Debbie Ma and numerous nieces and nephews.
Xue Zhen Wong will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but her memory and love will live on forever in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have shared in her life.
Rest in peace, Xue Zhen Wong. Your legacy will live on in the love you gave and the lives you touched.
A visitation for Xue will be held Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Olinger Highland Mortuary & Cemetery, 10201 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229. A funeral service will occur Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 10201 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229. A graveside service will occur Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM, 10201 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229.
