Cecil Edward White was born and raised on a farm in Prarieville, Kentucky. He retired from the United States Navy. Edward was married to Bernice Peterson White for sixty seven years. He became a Jehovah's Witness at the age of seventy five. He is survived by sons, Marcus and David, daughters, Carol and Shannon, eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. A memorial service is planned at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness on Boones Ferry Road in Lake Oswego at a later date.
