Deborah Lynn Troup

Deborah (Debbi) Lynn Shively was born on August 28th 1970 In Eugene, Oregon to Lynda Stewart (Shively) and Lynn Shively. Debbi was raised alongside her older brother David Shively, her Bubba. Deborah's strengths and passion throughout her school years and beyond were reading and writing. She always wanted to be a Journalist. At age 17, Debbi fell in love and married Daniel Courser and together they conceived two beautiful daughters; Tara and Nicole Courser. Deborah loved being a mother and eventually a Grandmother to Zoë Kaya Heard, more than anything. She was a very compassionate person with a strong love for her family.

In 2011, Debbi married James Troup. She died at her home on January 3rd, 2013 at the young age of 42. Debbi is survived by her Mother, Father, Brother, Daughters, Granddaughter, Nephews and longtime canine companion, Fredrick. A memorial gathering will be held at St. Josephs Catholic Church, 600 S. Andresen, in Vancouver, Washington on January 19th 2013 at 10 a.m. There will be a reception to follow. Debbi was a beautiful person, so loved by many and will be missed deeply.
