Elaine was a kind hearted person with no ill intentions toward anyone. She showed compassion for people in need and was a loyal friend to many. Her biggest love was her family. She adored and was adored by all of her nine grandchildren and loved being a part of their lives. She took them fishing for the first time, taught them baking, cooking and sewing. She also loved to play guitar and sing. Music was a passion for her. Lastly, she loved nature and animals. We know her beloved dog Buddy is going to miss her dearly. Starting from a very young age, many of her favorite days were spent fishing, crabbing, clamming and camping at Timothy Lake, Detroit Lake and all along the Oregon Coast.
Elaine was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Browning Mangan; her brother, Kenneth Plamondon; and her beloved daughter, KevinAnn Sabbe.
She is survived by daughters, Martha Sabbe of Aloha, OR and Johanna Venegas (Jose) of Woodburn, OR; brother, Evan Mangan (Brenda) of Ridgefield, WA; and nine grandchildren, Mary and Luci Wainman, Graciella and Lucas Angiano, Karly Sabbe, Clara and Gabriella Venegas, and Coralee and Jayne Jacobs; and her beloved dog, Buddy.
She will be greatly missed.
