Frances Meyer Webber

She was born in Corvallis, Oregon on July 24, 1920. Her father was Lea Roy McGinnis and her mother was Ethel Alberta (Berman) McGinnis.

Frances graduated from college with a Degree in Home Economics and the joy of her life was to be a homemaker taking care of her family.

She is survived by her two sons, William Meyer and his wife Carole, and Robert Meyer and his wife, Nancy, both of Portland; as well as four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

An informal celebration of Frances's life will be held on Saturday, June 22. 2013, from 3-5 p.m. at the Tigard United Methodist Church, 945 SW Walnut Place, Tigard, Oregon 97223
