Sean Dean McGraw

Sean Dean McGraw, 44, of Beaverton, Oregon, died January 9, 2014. He was born in La Salle, Illinois. In Sean's school years, Sean moved to Harlingen, Texas. Sean enjoyed fishing and collecting shells on South Padre Island. Sean relocated to Washington State in his late teens to live with his father Charles McGraw.

Sean moved to Mesa, Arizona where he met his beloved wife, Holly Reinert in the early 1994. The family relocated to Washington State and in 1995 they had their beautiful daughter, Mikayla, while in Washington Sean's young family enjoyed camping and fishing. They moved back to Arizona from 2000 – 2005. The heat of the desert drove the family to seriously think about moving to our 49th State of Alaska, however, after only 11 days living in Anchorage, they decided the Pacific Northwest was a best choice and moved to Beaverton, Oregon.

Sean was a Construction Project Manager with Pulte Homes in charge of managing residential home projects. Sean was a proud and dedicated employee with 18 years of service for Pulte Homes. Sean enjoyed fishing at some favorite ponds and rivers here in the Northwest and he and Holly spent time at the shooting range practicing their marksmanship.

He is survived by his wife Holly, daughter Mikayla, mother Laurie McGraw, and step mother Suzette McGraw. Sean was preceded in death by his father, Charles McGraw.

The Funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. will be held at Young’s Funeral Home, 11831 SW Pacific Highway, Tigard, Oregon 97223 (503) 639-1206.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in honor of Sean's only child Mikayla towards her educational fund established at Rivermark Community Credit Union. The account name is M. McGraw Donation Fund, account number 1679410.
