Winifred "Winnie" Maxine Rowe was born on June 13, 1918, in Wichita, Kansas to Gladys Morgan and George Kirkman. She attended a girl's polytrichum high school for four years, where she had received her high school diploma.
Winnie married Robert Chamberlin in 1938, and was married to him until his death in 1960. In 1974, Winnie was married to Alonzo Rowe, until his death in 1981. Winnie spent years as a bookkeeper for the Boys and Girls Club and as a cook at the local Junior high school. She also was known to be an active member of the Tualatin Senior Center and enjoyed her time dancing with the Eager Beavers Square Dance Club.
Winnie is preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Chamberlin and Alonzo Rowe. She is survived by her children; Eileen Koenig, Bob Chamberlin, and Frank Chamberlin, 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.
