Doris Irene Wengler

Doris Irene Wengler (nee Kappelman) born March 30, 1938 died peacefully at home on April 8, 2024. Predeceased by her parents, Fred and Evelyn Kappelman, and husband, Fred A Wengler. Doris was born in Queens, NY and lived in Bohemia Long Island where she raised two children. Doris was a longtime employee of the Connetquot School district. After retiring, she and her husband moved to Mays Chapel to be closer to their grandchildren. Doris was an active member of her condo association as well as the Cockeysville senior center where she worked in the gift shop and took classes. Doris is survived by her children, Susan and Fred (Melissa) Wengler. Her granddaughters Allison (Wesley) Kenyon, Jillian (Andrew Pedrick), Kathlyn (Colt’n) Curtis, and her great grandchildren, Grayson Arnold, Nora and Lillian Kenyon and Connor Pedrick.

Graveside service to be held April 26 at 1:30 at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. 200 East Padonia Rd, Timonium,MD
