Elizabeth Louise “Betty” Shearin (nee Einig) peacefully passed away on September 24, 2021 surrounded by her family; dedicated wife of the late William H. "Bill" Shearin; proud mother of William H., Jr. and his wife Lynn, James C. and Thomas J. Shearin and his wife Kathy; dear sister of the late Mary Ann Platz, Isabelle Freiert, Eileen Daughaday, Theresa Einig, Jane Einig, and Charles “Chris” Einig; cherished grandmother of Brock, Pierce, Patrick, Wendy, Bill, Chuck, and Matt; adored great-grandmother of Elizabeth, Andrew and Matt, Jr.
The family will receive friends in the LEMMON FUNERAL HOME OF DULANEY VALLEY INC. 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, MD 21093 on Sunday from 3 to 7pm with a vigil service to be held during the visitation.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 200 Ware Ave., Towson, MD 21204 on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 10am.
Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
