Peacefully and surrounded by family on December 23, 2013 FRANCES TOMARCHIO; beloved wife of the late Joseph Tomarchio, Sr.; devoted and cherished mother of Sebastiano (Ned) and his wife Linda, Fredric A. and his wife Marcia and Joseph Tomarchio, Jr. and his wife Mary Anna and Angela A. Barone and her husband Gary; dear sister of Salvatore DiBartolo and Marie Horton. Also lovingly survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 101 Church Lane, Cockeysville, MD 21030 on Friday, December 27 at 9:30am. Interment Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
