On December 3, 2011 Gloria Annette Waters; beloved friend of the late Lewis Jackson; loving mother of Felix Moals, Catherine Spence, Gloria Hawkins, Tommy Moals, Gail Moals and the late Morris and Timothy Moals; devoted sister of Katherine Mangum, Clarence Waters, Jr. and his wife Nancy and the late Maria Waters, Gertrude Adams, Thelma Evans, and Carolyn Waters; Also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends in the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc. 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, MD 21093 on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A funeral service will be celebrated in the funeral home on Saturday, December 10 at 11AM. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
