I am sorry for the loss of Dale. I knew him many years ago. Dale and his wife lived in a small house on Warren Road in Cockeysville. This was torn down and now sits in Jacksonville next to the old bank. I can still remember Dale in his Navy uniform. My wife  worked with his wife in Baltimore County driving school buses. Most of all I remember him calling me by my nick name Junie. He is at rest. God Bless him and his family.

Granddad I will miss you. I am so sorry I couldnt be there but I will remember all the good memories. Like when you would babysit and say "come on girl make me a picture but dont mess up my book by coloring outside the lines". And when you had mom buy me overalls and a plaid shirt so you could take pictures on me in your yard in something not girlie. But my favorite memory of all was the day after my wedding when mike and I came in to visit you because you couldnt come to the wedding. I was dressed in my gown and vale and you looked up and said " well well look at you" with a big smile on your face. You were so proud when all the nurse keep coming in to see the bride. I will miss you and love you forever.

My heartfelt condolences to all of Dale's family. He was a special kind of guy. An excellent craftsman, honest and forthright. A life well lived and to be remembered, rest in peace Dale.

Mr Dale. I remember the smile I always saw when I walked into your home. And all of the jokes and hugs that would follow. The love and the friendship that we shared will be with me forever. You were not only viewed as a friend but as family, and to loose you is like losing any other member, it's painful, sad, and will be difficult to accept, but you have filled the time I knew you with so many laughs and good times that it will be impossible to forget what a kind, gentle, carefree man you were. I will miss you, there's no doubt about that. Until next time, I love ya, babe!

mr dale.. there isnt anything i can tell you now, that i havent already told you before of what you mean and have meant to me in all the years ive known you, it has truly been a honor having you as a friend ,a part of my life, and being there when you needed me.i will miss you and our evening phone converstaions something awfull,but will cherish each memory we have made and shared for a lifetime.i will never forget you and no mr dale, the pleasure was all mine.. be easy on the angels dale.. they will have their hands full  love you to buddy!

I will never forget Dale, he was a no nonsense, fairminded, warm hearted mountain man. We used to talk about Virginia, the mountains, and the kind of folk that lived there, hard working, salt of the earth.  That was Dale and I will always remember him with a smile. He would always tell it straight. Farewell Dear Heart Rest Peaceful.
