Jean Frances Hammond, 92, passed away on June 10, 2023; loving wife of the late June Ford and Robert J. Hammond; beloved mother of Marion G. “Gary” Ford; Stepmother of Leon Hammond; cherished grandmother of Brandon Ford, David Ford, and Kevin Ford; great grandmother of Connor, Emma, McConnaughy, Moxley, Boone, Burch, Caroline, and Declan; sister of Eddie McConnaughy, Valerie Lehew, and the late George McConnaughy, Harold McConnaughy, and Alice Chesney.
The family will receive friends in the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc. 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Thursday, June 15, 2023 from 4 pm to 7 pm.
Jean’s life will be celebrated at the funeral home on Friday, June 16, 2023 at 10 am.
Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
