On January 21, 2024, Joseph Anthony Kenney, passed away. He is the son of the late Joseph E. Kenney and Anne C. Nugent Kenney, dear brother of Nancy K. Stakem and her husband Patrick, Robert E. Kenney, and his wife Cindy, and Margaret L. Mioduszewski; cherished nephew of Sister Maria Nugent, OSB. Joe is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Joe graduated from Frostburg University where he played football, and is a proud Army Veteran.
Interment, private in Rocky Gap Veteran Cemetery.
