Lauren and family my thoughts and prayers are with you. Lou and I had many fun times together.  Wish I could pinpoint one but there are too many!  Please know he left a huge impression on many people.

My deepest condolences to the Boeri family.  Your husband/Dad was my camp counselor in 1979 and 1980.  I have tremendously fond memories of our two summers together.  Lou was an amazingly kind and caring counselor as well as an extremely fun guy.  I have great memories of those summers, the antics we all enjoyed; Lou was a big part of how great they were.  May your memories and the support of friends and family comfort you at this difficult time.

We wish the Boeri Family our deepest sympathy for the loss of Lou. Our families grew up together with basketball, baby sitting, and some parties in between. I always looked forward to speaking with Lou because had a very positive outlook on life. He will be sorely missed by ALL.

Louie - we had lots of fun many years ago.    You always made me laugh and I will always remember your toast at Larkin and Fiona's wedding. Thought we'd catch up once the kids were older.  Will miss you but will also always appreciate the great memories.

While I unfortunately did not have the pleasure of knowing Mr. Boeri for very long, I am grateful for the time I spent with him and his family. He was an exceptionally kind and generous person. I will not forget his uncompromising enthusiasm for life and his love for his family.

In October of 2013, I was invited to accompany Anna and the Boeri family on a trip to visit Emilie in San Francisco, and to venture into Napa Valley. Before I could try to figure out flight and hotel plans, I was told that my ticket and accommodations had already been taken care of—courtesy of Mr. Boeri. 

On a sunny California day we all piled into a rental car and Mr. Boeri drove us to Napa Valley. Before we reached our first vineyard we stopped at a rustic grocery store by the side of the road. Mr. Boeri suggested that we find fresh items for a picnic lunch. We left the store with overflowing bags of fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, pasta salad, deli meats, and warm baguettes, and resumed our drive to our first stop at Rutherford Hills. 

Rutherford Hills was a vineyard elegantly situated high in one of Napa's hills. As we parked, Mr. Boeri pointed to wooden picnic tables overlooking the Valley. He suggested that we hustle to secure a table as he went to select what would become the best wine I had ever tasted.

And so we made and ate sandwiches and sipped on wine as we looked over a magnificent view of wine country.  I will never forget how happy I was at that moment, and it was all thanks to Mr. Boeri.

So sorry to hear about Lou.  My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Lou  my brother , you were  my friend and neighbor for 20  great years. The times that we shared together will  always  be  cherished  .  Memories of our Glen Alpine Family will be held deep  in my  heart forever .  Lou you handled life and death with  ultimate class and dignity.  Lauri , what an angel you are

Lou is one of the best "Family Men" I've ever met. His enthusiasm for his family, their sporting events and pure enjoyment of life are and remain an inspiration. He lives on in our hearts.

So sorry to hear this. My condolences to the family. Seems like yesterday we were working at Tom Jones. I will always remember his smile at work , going to the races with us and him wearing an Arab costume at Michele`s Halloween party in the clubhouse. Rest in Peace Lou.

Lou was my counselor at Camp Skylemar in 1979 & 80. I will always remember him to be quick with a laugh or joke. He was a great leader and we all loved him. He is gone way too early and he will be missed by the entire Skylemar family. My thoughts and condolences to his family and friends.

A life well lived is cause for celebration, and we are grateful for the influence that you had on our community and each of us individually. Thank you for your expressions last February, I refer to them often and am humbled by your perspective.

Lauren and family, the thoughts and prayers of my family along with my our THS alumni go out to you. I met Lou playing football with him at Loch Raven Youth leagues when we were 10 years old and knew him through high school. Lou was a dynamite guy and I am crushed for you and your relatives. Although loss can be eloquently explained, it takes a better man than me to truly understand why someone with so much to give is taken so early. My family and I express our heartfelt condolences.

Lou Boeri- you wrote a real page-turner on being a great dad and husband.  You were so rightfully and openly proud of your family- I loved hearing your reminders of keeping those close to us on a pedestal.

Thanks for being a mentor to me- both professionally and as a father and husband- whether you knew it or not.    You're a good man Lou.  I will miss you.

I knew Lou through our NAIOP Forum but with that interaction I came to respect and love him.  He was such a great person and I can remember sitting with him over the many years listening to his stories. The underlying theme was always his love for family. Just by my interactions with Lou, I became a better person for it.  I will miss him, and my prayers are with you all.
