Susan Quinn Rodgers

On November 6, 2015 Susan Quinn Rodgers, died peaceful at her home in Timonium, Maryland. She is the beloved wife of Richard James Rodgers; daughter of the late Helen McLaughlin Quinn and William Patrick Quinn ;loving mother of Rick Rodgers and his wife Darla, Michele Jones; cherished grandmother of Ryan Rodgers and Lisa Jones; dear sister of John Quinn and his wife Lucia and the late Robert Quinn; aunt of Will and Emma; niece of Grant McLaughlin and his wife Joyce. Susan is also survived by other loving cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.

Susan dreamed of becoming a pediatric nurse at a very early age. After attending PSU for her nursing degree she moved to Maryland and spent 41 years as a pediatric oncology nurse at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. She was very a hands on and loved direct patient care while being compassionate and loving beyond words.

The family will receive friends in the LEMMON FUNERAL HOME OF DULANEY VALLEY INC., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, MD 21093 on 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. Memorial services will be celebrated in the Mays Chapel United Methodist Church, 11911 Jenifer Road – Timonium, MD 21093 on Saturday11:00am.
