Dearest Tom,
There isn't a day that goes by that  you are not in my thoughts and prayers. I miss you dearly. Thank You for being the father I never had. Love always on earth and now in Heaven.

Tom and I worked together many years ago.  He was a wonderful man!  
"Come to me all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest." Mattthew 11:28.   May God bless Tom and all his family.

Out of all the supervisor's that Russ had I remember Tom and his lovely  family,fondly. He was a wonderful man.  We are so sad to hear of his passing.  Peace & Blessing to the Fogarty family.

I remember Mr. Tom for his smile.  He would look so serious one minute and then would crack that smile of his at a moments notice.  Never one to walk by without saying hello, I grew to like him very much.  I never had the pleasure of working for Tom.  God Bless the family that he leaves behind.  His memory lives on. One of our first bosses at WE in the 60's - Tom was kind, comforting, and a mentor to all.  He was a gentleman of the finest cloth - Heaven now has a smiling Irishman for sure.  Blessings and prayers to the large family that surrounded him.  Our thoughts are with you.

I worked for Tom as a young man back in 1968 at Western Electric in Cockeysville and he was dedicated to his job and also to his employees.  It was a pleasure working for Tom and knowing him for years while I worked in Cockeysville until 1983 and transferred to AT&T in Florida.  He will be missed by all who knew him.

I worked with Tom and am honored to have known him.  He was a warm, patient and kind man, and he'd always take a few minutes to chat and catch up while in the office. He was such a great "Santa" at Christmas for all the kids, too! Tom will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.

I had the pleasure of working with Tom for several years, as well as the joy of having "Santa" in our office every Christmas.  He was a wonderful, kind man, and was a blessing to all who had the pleasure of meeting him.  My prayers and thoughts are with you all during this time.

Dear Fogarty Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. He was something else! Always quick with a smile and always thinking of everyone else. I will always remember him singing at our St. Patricks Parties. Loved running into him at the grocery store and having a quick update on the families. He was a true gentleman and so loved his family. He has reason,you are all great people and that is with his and Mary's raising. You are lucky to have one another. You have my deepest sympathies. Love to you all.

Tom was a great man and the world will be a sadder place without his ready smile and willing heart. Condolences to all the Fogartys.
