Wesley "Phil" Bowers, age 88, of Lutherville, Maryland passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025. Beloved husband of Judith Bowers for 36 years; cherished father of one son; devoted step-father of Lisa Redifer and her husband Adam Fedder; dear brother Judy Atwell and her husband Jack, William F. Bowers and his wife Linda, and the late Dan Bowers and his wife Shirley; Proud Poppi of Robbie Redifer; also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will receive friends at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, Maryland 21117 on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 1PM at which time a committal service and military honors will be held.
