Jeff was a sharp and articulate  young man with a kind heart who loved life.  He always had a big smile (along with a different hair color!) every time I saw him.  I wrote many passes for him and Cassie sending them back to class after lengthy discussions trying to solve the world's problems.  You will be missed.

I'm so proud of the man Jeff turned out to be. It was so hard to see my baby boy go back to Toledo, but I know you have to let go and let your children spread their wings. Now I have to let go again. Its his turn to watch over me. God bless you Jeff.

Jeff was a frequent presence in the Whitmer Library, spending many a lunch hour there with Cassie. He was a friendly, kind, and unique person who I enjoyed talking with and getting to know. My sympathy to Cassie, his family, and friends.

Mr. Henry brought an inquisitve mind and challenging thought to my History class at Whitmer high School every day. We enjoyed long discussions / debates over historical issues and current events alike. His sharp mind and clever sense of humor could be easily overlooked by those who never got close enough to Jeffery to appreciate him. We gladly learned from eachother and that kind of relationship is all to rare these days. He will always stand out in my mind as one of a kind and we of the Whitmer Family are diminished by his passing . I wish to extend my deepest condolences to Ms. Wenman and his entire family.

Jeff, I will always remember your brisk defense of Cassandra, your wonderful, twisted sense of humor and your fun,often edgy way of looking at things. I hope you continue to debate in the great hereafter. You will be missed.

Jeff, I will always smile when I think of you and that red car dashboard your "drive" all around. It was sent to my house because I was the only one that had room for how you played with it. I love you and miss you already.

Jeffrey, I known you since you were 9 years old. You was like a son to me I never had. I love you and miss you.
