Charlotte Lykins

Charlotte Ann Lykins, 62, of Tollesboro died Sunday, April 28, 2013 at UK Medical Center. She was born Maysville on August 30, 1950 the daughter of Dorothy Breeze Bender of Tollesboro. Besides her mother, she is survived by one son, Todd Breeze of Tollesboro; one daughter, Tara Withrow of Maysville; two grandchildren, Shelby Meadows and Indea Breeze; one great grandchild, Kinsleigh Breeze; one sister, Lisa Bradford; two nieces, Latisha and Ashley Bradford and one nephew, Dustin Bradford. She was preceded in death by one brother, Timothy Bender and her maternal grandparents, Fred and Maggie Breeze. Memorial services for Ms. Lykins will be held at the Petersville Church of God at 2:00 PM Thursday, May 2, 2013 with Milton Stanfield officiating. Interment of the cremains will follow at the Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday from noon until the hour of the service.
