Jason Lee Dolk

Jason Lee Dolk passed away March 14, 2025, at the age of 54. Born December 19th of 1970 in the State of Maryland. Jason lived a full and varied life. He pursued and attained a great many achievements as he was curious and determined in anything he put his focus to.

Jason leaves behind a large group of friends and family; the love of his life Maria Dolk, his son Spencer Dolk, daughter-in-law Pilar Arteaga, Granddaughter Valorie Dolk-Arteaga and his siblings Neil and Cherry. He will not be alone however, he is joining with his mother Leslie Fortney.

Jason enjoyed passing his time traveling, golfing, and cycling. He was a true cyclist at heart, having a bike by his side everywhere he went even as far as New York and utilizing every available moment to cycle, either in leisurely evening rides or competitive races.

Professionally, he held many roles with various employers. Notably he had served in the Army National Guard for several years, after which he pursued the financial sector, as a team manager and stock broker with institutions such as Charles Schwab.

Although he has left, Jason Lee Dolk lives on in many forms most importantly in our memories and hearts, however also in space among the stars and on the planet mars. He had submitted his and his family’s names to a few Nasa programs to be written down for eternity.
