Robert Tapia Mesa (Bobby) was born September 20, 1947 in Phoenix, AZ to his late parents Ramon and Rita Mesa. He lived 74 years and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on September 27, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings: Ramon, Rita, Ruben, Rachel, Ricky and Ronnie. He is survived by is wife Arlene Bernal; daughters Regina Mesa and Cassandra Perez; grandchild Melissa Mesa, three great-grandchildren Elijah, Amaris & Anias, his sisters Rosa, Rebecca, Ramona, brothers; Raymond and Ralphie, many step grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Bobby worked in the service department at Sanderson Ford before he retired in 2010. He also worked in auto body repair and construction for many years. He loved to watch movies especially Old Western films and for laughs Big Bang Theory show. He was a great dancer and loved Little Joe Y la Familia and Freddie Fender music. Dad had the opportunity to travel throughout the states in his younger years and take in all beauty it had to offer. He was a believer in God and always carried him in his heart. He was sometimes reserved but was always there for his family and friends. He will truly be missed.
