

AGE: 82 • Formerly of Toms River
Alexander M. Zsoldos, 82, of Lancaster, PA, formerly of Toms River, passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at home. Born in Toms River, N.J. he lived there for many years before moving to upstate New York and resided in Lancaster for the past 10 years. Alex was employed by Ciba Geigy in Toms River as a Water Treatment Engineer for 25 years before his retirement. He was a member of the Dutchland Polkateers and Toms River Gun Club. He enjoyed farming, gardening, polka dancing and especially spending time with his family.
He was predeceased by his parents, Sigmond and Elizabeth Zsoldos and his brother Sigmond Jr. Surviving are his wife Yolanda Zsoldos; three sons Alexander "Mike" Zsoldos Jr. and his wife Lamia, Mark Allen Zsoldos and William Eric Brinck; his daughter Suzanne Hannemann and her husband William; eight cherished grandchildren Lindsay, Nicholas, Christine, Michael, Tonya, Mark Jr., Brandon and Lauren; his step-children John Andre, Yolanda K. Vukovits and Gabor "Gab" Andre; his step-grandchildren and his first wife Catharina Brinck.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 10, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St. Toms River, NJ 08753. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Toms River.
