Candice "Candi" Graham, age 49 of Toms River, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her friends and family, at home on Monday, July 17th, 2023. Born in Toms River, NJ, she lived in Forked River, NJ before moving to Toms River in 2006.
Candice was employed as a medical transcriptionist and was a regular communicant of St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church prior to becoming permanently disabled.
She is predeceased by her father, William J. Graham. She is survived by her mom, Patricia; her brother, Frank Graham and his wife Christine of Toms River; her sister, Mary Vreeland and her husband Eric of Beachwood; and her nieces and nephews, Melanie and Paul Graham and Jacinta Vreeland.
Viewing will be on Sunday, July 23, 2023 from 3:00 to 7:00 pm at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 W, Toms River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, July 24, 2023, 12:00 pm at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, 130 St. Maximilian Lane, Toms River with a burial immediately following at St. Joseph Cemetery, 62 Cedar Grove Road, Toms River.
