Charles served honorably for twenty years in the United States Navy, retiring as Chief Petty Officer in 1976. He worked as Production Engineer for Soluble Food Products in Lakewood, before retiring in 2012.
Chuck had a talent and passion for wood making. He enjoyed sitting by a camp fire, playing cards, and bowling.
Charles is survived by his beloved wife of 34 years, Nancy; his children Charles Tice III, Edward Tice, Jennifer Quinn, Dawn (Pat) Neuls, Bonnie (Bill) DiGaudio and Sue (Pat) Magee. He also leaves behind 7 grandchildren and 1 great grand child.
