He was a Union Sprinkler Fitter with Local 696. Al was a lover of Family, Friends, and Fun. Al’s passion was music, football, crabbing, being by the water and celebrating.
Al is predeceased by his father, Edward Alvin Roberts Sr, “Al”; his mother, Marjorie Jones Roberts; and his brother, Joseph Norman Roberts.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy (Hagen) Roberts (45 years of marriage); his son, Edward Alvin Roberts III, “Al”; his sisters, Jerrie Gingerelli, and Sharon Ferris. As well as many brother in laws, sister in laws, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of Life will be held on June 9th 2024 at the Old Canal Inn, Nutley, NJ 07110 from 12pm to 3pm.
