Erik J. Camilo, 34, of Palisades Park, passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack. Born in Englewood, he grew up in Brick before settling in Palisades Park. Erik’s many interests included DJing, Scuba Diving, and working with his hands. He also had a love of computers and other electronics which led him to find a job teaching at Lincoln Tech. Erik leaves behind a large loving family and many devoted friends that will miss him dearly.
Erik is survived by his loving husband Patrick Flynn; his parents Edward and Karen Camilo of Brick; his cherished sister Leah Morgan and her husband Brian of Toms River; his adored nieces Olivia, Madison, and Alexandra Jane; and his loyal pets Sierra, Dash, Aurora, and Althea.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2012 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. with a service at 4:00 p.m. at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St. Toms River, NJ. Cremation will be private.
