Mr. Rubiano worked for the United States Postal Service, Brick Township for many years prior to his retirement in 2004.
He later worked as a warehouseman packing orders for Harold Imports, Lakewood until his final illness.
Mr. Rubiano was predeceased by his parents, Ramon and Anna Rubiano, and his brothers, Carlos and George Rubiano and Carmen Ramirez.
He is survived by his wife, Fabiola (Mino) Rubiano; two sons, Raymond of Toms River and James of Langhorne, PA; a brother, Henry; a sister, Dora; and three grandchildren.
Cremation was private under the direction of Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River.
A graveside service with burial of cremains will be held on Tuesday, April 8 at 11am at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood.
