Hazel H. Diehl, 91, of Toms River, NJ, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012, at Brandywine Assisted Living. She was born and raised in Scranton, PA, and has resided in Toms River since 1946. She was formerly employed by Bell Telephone in Scranton and Plainfield; and by Lawrence Jewelers in Toms River. She was a former member of Jackson Street Baptist Church in Scranton, and attended the First Baptist Church of Toms River.
Hazel was predeceased by her loving husband, Frederick Diehl in 2000. She is survived by her daughter, Ruth D. Ogle of Toms River; her granddaughter, Megan and her husband Todd Banach; and her great-grandson, Hunter Banach of Toms River; her loving sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Earl Jones of Scranton and Florida; and her devoted sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Karen and Bob Diehl of Toms River; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday 2-4 & 7-9PM at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River, NJ. There will be a Funeral Service at 8PM. Cremation will be private. Condolences may be made by visiting www.andersonandcampbell.com
