Holly Monique (Carrollo) Kulik, 36, of Toms River, NJ, passed away after a brief illness on March 21, 2017, at Community Medical Center in Toms River. She was born in Pt. Pleasant, NJ, and attended Ocean County College and Capri Beauty School. She worked as a model and a beautician. She was a member of the Ortley Beach Chapter 1248 Women of the Moose. Holly was a happy, vivacious person, who enjoyed life and people.
Holly is survived by her beloved husband George Kulik; her daughter Jade Taylor; her parents Thomas Carrollo and Kathleen Carrollo; her sister Leslie Stewart; her niece Kylene Stewart; her nephew Jack Stewart; her sister-in-law Mary Joyce Kulik; her brother-in-law Thomas Kulik; her dogs Harley and Sherry; and her extended family and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, March 24th, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9PM, at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River, NJ. A service will be held Saturday at 11AM at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
