James A. Lombard, 59, of Toms River, NJ passed away at home on Monday, November 25, 2024. He was born in Bridgeport, CT and later moved to Toms River, helping to care for his mom until her passing in 2022. He is predeceased by his parents Francis and Marilyn Lombard.
Throughout his life James worked in carpentry, custodial and passenger transportation. He was a kind hearted, gentle soul who loved a good time with friends and family. He loved music and playing his guitar and piano while singing along in his deep, rich voice. He was a devout Catholic, faith filled man with a devotion to daily mass, the rosary and his family. Jim was a friend and welcoming to everyone he met .
A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at noon at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church in Toms River. His cremains will be buried at St. Joseph's cemetery, Toms River.
